Artwork specifications
Size, colour & bleed
Make sure the file matches the product’s dimensions. Build it in CMYK at 300 dpi, with 1/8″ (0.125″) bleed on all sides.
Images, text & margins
Embed all images, outline all text, and set black text to 100% black. Keep text at least 1/4″ (0.25″) from the edge of the sheet on all sides.
Export
Export to PDF with bleeds and crop marks. Not sure your file is right? Send it anyway — we’ll check it before it prints.
Turnaround times
Most products are ready within 3–7 business days from the date of order. Need it faster? Call 204-943-2712 and we’ll work with you to meet your deadline. Rush orders carry an additional fee.
Turnaround time (TAT)
TAT is the number of business days it takes to produce your project and prepare it for pickup or shipping. Meet the cutoff and your TAT starts the same day; miss it and it starts the next business day. Projects are ready for pickup on the last day of the TAT, or sometimes before.
Pickup & shipping
Your pickup date follows from the cutoff and the turnaround. Shipping is available at additional cost depending on location, order size and courier — ask us for a shipping price and timeline.

Bond
Everyday writing and copy paper — letterhead, forms, envelopes, anything run through an office printer.

Cover
Stiff card that stands up on its own — postcards, business cards, booklet covers, menus.
80lb cover ≈ 216 gsm · 100lb ≈ 270 gsm
Why 80lb text is thinner than 80lb cover: each kind is weighed as 500 sheets of a different standard size (bond 17×22″, text 25×38″, cover 20×26″), so pounds only compare within the same kind. Grams per square metre (gsm) compare across all of them — 24lb bond and 60lb text are about the same paper.
