This website and the store are run by WICMA Ltd., operating as The Standard Press, 68 Higgins Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3B 0A5. The MailScout app for AI assistants has its own privacy policy.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people, and the Google Ads tag to learn which of our ads lead to a quote request or an order. These set cookies in your browser. The page addresses we send them have any sign-in or order codes removed. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy; you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
Session recording
To find out where the site is confusing or broken, we record how visitors use most of its pages: what is on screen, mouse movement, clicks and scrolling. Our staff can play a visit back to see, for example, where an order stalled.
- What you type is never recorded. Every form field is hidden in the recording, and card and password fields are not captured at all.
- Not recorded: your account pages, sign-in pages, the MailScout mailing planner, and paying an invoice.
- Kept on our own servers (hosted in the United States), not by a recording service. Recordings are deleted after 30 days. A summary (pages visited, how far each was scrolled, where the visit came from, and whether it ended in an order) is kept to see how the site does over time.
- It is linked to the visit’s Google Analytics and ad-click identifiers, and to the order number if you place an order, so we can see which ads and pages lead to orders.
Chat
If you use the chat, your messages, and a picture of the page you were on when you asked, go to our customer service team so they can answer.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent any of this, and we share it only with the providers that host our systems and the Google services named above, or where the law requires.
